  • Resisting Trump, MAGA, Fascism, and Dictatorship: A Resource Guide for Strategic Nonviolence
By thatgreenunionguy | 11:09 PM UTC, Wed October 08, 2025
New Version Released!

Version 4.1.0 of this guide is now available!. It includes a much more simplified "summary" at the beginning, printed versions of the new lists of websites, bloggers, reports, essential strategies, and tool kits, and a much more coherently organized compendium of news, opinions, strategy guides, organizing resources, and inspirational pieces in an expanded, supplemental section (so as not to overwhelm the reader with information).

This is a compendium of resources to help craft an effective resistance to MAGA, far right fascism, and the coming attacks on our rights, liberties, and persons.

This is offered as a toolbox. It will be periodically updated. This guide includes strategies and suggestions that include working within the Democratic Party, working outside the Democratic Party, using electoral strategies, and using non-electoral strategies. The strategies proposed here are strategically non-violent, but nobody should assume those strategies are intended to demobilize any organized resistance to Trump, Musk, fascism, authoritarianism, or anything related to the above. I don’t claim to have all of the answers or even necessarily correct answers (though I am confident that these are useful). This is an all-inclusive guide, not a political party or ideologically dogmatic manifesto, so please do not use this as ammunition in sectarian squabbles. We do not have the luxury of such hair splitting in the present moment.

Download the current new version (4.1.0) here (PDF).

Please Note: the information contained in the earlier versions of this guide is in the process of being integrated into this later version.  It is a time-consuming process, so please bear with me as I reorganize the older material chronologically and insert it into the new, current version.

Download the previous version (3.1.8) which is a supplement to the current version for the time being here (PDF).
